Performance specifications of controls result in the "design" being accomplished by the control subcontractor very late in the construction phase. We provide detailed controls design service for all of our HVAC designs. |

| We also provide these controls design services to other consulting engineers. Facility Dynamics has performed this service on a number of projects including the HVAC controls design for a $35 million renovation at the National Institute of Health, Wake Forest University, Fairfax County Public Schools, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, GSA, Fairfax Hospital, Hewitt Associates, and
a Government Agency. We are currently negotiating projects in California for various clients to perform these services. |
