| Facility Dynamics designed a 6,000 point, campus wide controls upgrade. In this case we worked with the university facilities personnel to determine that a two-vendor approach was best for the campus. Therefore we helped the university procure two preferred controls vendors. The procurement was based on a technical evaluation and a competitively bid unit price arrangement. We also commissioned the entire new control system as well as retro-commissioned previously installed controls. |

| Facility Dynamics has designed a 5,000 point controls upgrade and is helping
this government agency procure a controls vendor. The procurement will be based on a technical evaluation and a competitively bid unit price arrangement that will be extendable over a 5 year term. The ultimate application of the contract may be around 5 million dollars. The procurement is using a custom developed Unit Pricing Application that will integrate directly with the controls design and commissioning package. |
