Project Description:
Facility Dynamics Engineering is providing commissioning services to the new 220,000 sf, $115 million Pappajohn Biomedical Institute and John and Mary Pappajohn Biomedical Discovery Building. The facility is the centerpiece of Iowa’s innovative discoveries in the life sciences and will provide transformative ideas to healthcare and research and educational opportunities in science. The facility houses multiple research laboratory areas, office and administrative space, conference rooms, and classroom areas. The project received a LEED certification from the USGBC.
