The new facility houses a magnificent world-class 2,000-seat concert hall, as well as a music education center comprised of the best community music school faculty in the region, rehearsal halls, classrooms, and studios.

Facility Dynamics Engineering was retained by the Foulger Pratt Company to assist with the Quality Control program for the AFI Silver Theater project. The project is an integral part of the downtown Silver Spring revitalization and was developed to return the historic Silver Theater to its original Art Deco luster from the 1930s.

Facility Dynamics Engineering provided retro-commissioning services to the 2,400-seat John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts Concert Hall. This facility features a variety of theater, musical, dance, orchestral and multi-media performances from around the world.
