Project Description:

Facility Dynamics Engineering provided the construction phase commissioning services for the 30,000 sf high-density storage addition at the Library storage facility. The addition, which was built in 2005, included three high-density storage modules; two were fitout as part of the project, and one was left as shell space for future fitout. The new modules included sophisticated environmental controls system which maintained the facility at 50-55 degF and 30-35% relative humidity.

The construction phase services included start-up attendance and functional testing. The Cx scope encompassed the mechanical and controls systems.
