T.C. Williams High School

Facility Dynamics Engineering was retained by Alexandria City Public Schools to act as the overall Commissioning Authority for the T.C. Williams High School Construction project. The new school includes more than 461,000 square feet on three floors and is designed for 2,500 students.


Facility Dynamics Engineering provided commissioning services for the new state-of-the-art, two-story, 255,000 sf Glen Allen High School in Henrico County, Virginia. The school features a main gymnasium, media centers, fitness health spaces, a 1,200 seat auditorium, locker rooms, special laboratory spaces, classrooms, an art gallery, a cafeteria, administrative offices, conference/meeting spaces, and a field house and concessions building.


PSU Millennium Science Complex

Facility Dynamics Engineering performed commissioning services for the new 275,000 sf Millennium Science Complex at The Pennsylvania State University. The MSC Complex serves as the new home for the Huck Institutes of the Life Sciences and Materials Research Institute which includes over 300 researchers and staff members.


Facility Dynamics Engineering is providing design and construction phase commissioning services to the new 105,000 sf lab research and academic facility at Johns Hopkins University. The facility will consolidate labs for Chemistry, Biology, Biophysics, and Neuroscience departments in one main building.


Perdue School of Business

Facility Dynamics Engineering provided commissioning services for the new 113,000 sf, $55 million dollar Frank Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University.


Facility Dynamics Engineering was retained by Cornell University to provide full commissioning services for the new 260,000 sf Life Sciences Technology Building.
