Project Description:
Facility Dynamics Engineering performed full commissioning services for the new 150,000 sf, $182,000,000 biomedical laboratory facility. Building 33 is an Integrated Research Facility that includes BSL-3 labs, a BSL-3 Vivarium, BSL-2 lab areas, offices, conference rooms, animal quarters, a mechanical space, and a waste handling area. Our services began at schematic design and continued through the warranty phase.
