Rush University Medical Center

The new 14-level, 806,000 sf, $575 million Tower building houses acute and critical care patients and includes surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic facilities.

Hershey Cancer Institute

Facility Dynamics Engineering provided commissioning services for the new four-story, 180,000 sf, $92 million Penn State Hershey Cancer Institute.

Facility Dynamics Engineering recently completed commissioning services for the operating room expansion and renovation to the Nemours/Alfred I. DuPont Hospital for Children.

USC Medical Center

Facility Dynamics provided commissioning services to the new 600-bed, 1.5 million sf Los Angeles County/University of Southern California Medical Center. FDE was responsible for 2 of the 3 medical towers which includes the in-patient tower and diagnostic treatment building.

UCSD Jacobs Medical Center

Facility Dynamics Engineering was recently awarded the new UC San Diego Jacobs Medical Center commissioning project. We are providing full commissioning services to the 510,000 sf 10-story building.

Rockingham Memorial Hospital

Facility Dynamics Engineering completed commissioning services for the new 630,000 sf, $280 million Rockingham Memorial hospital facility. The 6-story, 238-bed state-of-the-art full service hospital facility houses cardiology, general surgery, heart surgery, women’s health, cancer care center, and sleep disorder center.
