Facility Dynamics Engineering was retained by Alexandria City Public Schools to act as the overall Commissioning Authority for the T.C. Williams High School Construction project. The new school includes more than 461,000 square feet on three floors and is designed for 2,500 students.

Facility Dynamics Engineering provided commissioning services to the new Noyes Community and Recreation Center (NCRC) at Cornell University. The new state-of-the-art facility provides recreational, social, and fitness activities for housing residents as well as students living in the surrounding areas of the west campus.

Facility Dynamics Engineering provided commissioning services for Sutardja Dai Hall on the University of California, Berkeley Campus. The 141,000 square foot 6-story facility includes offices and research labs, a nanofabrication lab/research cleanroom, an auditorium, and a cyber cafe.
