Facility Dynamics Engineering is home to some of the leading experts in laboratory commissioning. We have commissioned numerous lab facilities including vivariums, BSL-2, BSL-3, and BSL-4 labs -- many with complex systems and critical control requirements. E. Lon Brightbill, P.E., principal of FDE, originated and developed commissionging guidelines and standards for the National Institutes of Health and these are now recognized as the NIH standard. The following are some examples of our laboratory commissioning work.
Facility Dynamics Engineering provided commissioning services to the state of Iowa for the new Hygienic Laboratory. The Laboratory was created to study various diseases and to protect the health and environment for citizens of the state of Iowa.
