Project Description:

Facility Dynamics Engineering provided commissioning services to the new Los Angeles Police Department headquarters building. The 500,000 sf 11-story facility includes a below-ground parking garage for 700 cars, jail cells, holding pens, conference rooms, administrative and office spaces, a 250 seat café, a 450 seat auditorium, and a state-of- the-art Compstat Command Center. This project received a LEED Gold certification from the USGBC and features recycled water systems in addition to advanced HVAC measures.
