Project Description:

Facility Dynamics Engineering provided commissioning services to this 40,000 sf, $43 million project. The visitor center includes a reception pavilion and an exhibition pavilion. The Smith History Center is a two-story facility with education classrooms, a multi-purpose theater, a café, museum, and garden shops. This project achieved a LEED certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
