Project Description:
Facility Dynamics Engineering was the Commissioning Authority for the new 11-story, 423,000 sf, $260 million South Campus Research Facility at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. The facility houses state-of-the-art clinical and research laboratories with 200,000 sf for supporting science and other related areas. The building also includes offices, a café, conference rooms, and lounges. This project received a LEED Silver certification from the USGBC. FDE is also providing design and construction phase services on the new Ambulatory Care Center project which includes outpatient care, surgery and imaging.
