Project Description:

Facility Dynamics Engineering recently completed the new 128,000 sf, $269 million cardiovascular patient care and clinical research facility located in La Jolla, CA. The facility combines ambulatory, clinical, and inpatient heart and stroke care into one location. The academic medical center also provides research in cardiovascular medicine, vascular surgery, heart imaging, and pulmonary vascular medicine. The project received a LEED Gold certification by the USGBC and was one of the first hospitals in San Diego County to achieve this certification
